These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between winx365 and its members. By accessing or using the winx365 website, mobile application, or any associated platform, members agree to abide by these Terms.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

6.1 Bet Acceptance Terms

6.2 Odds and Markets

7.1 Weekly Cashback

Cashback on weekly net losses is provided at each VIP tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback on weekly net losses
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback on weekly net losses

Example: If a Silver member's net loss in a given week is ৳20,000, the maximum cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

7.2 VIP Terms

VIP tier changes occur automatically according to winx365's set criteria. winx365 reserves the right to change, amend, or withdraw VIP benefits for any reason. Cashback amounts are credited to the account automatically and specific wagering conditions may apply.
